Designed by Randall Stout Architects, the Art Gallery of Alberta has been opened since January 31. The gallery has a restaurant and a gallery shop in addition to the 150 seat theatre, art education centre, classroom, studio space, and function room. The he building stands as an icon of its surroundings, thank to the swooping steel that meshes with glass and zinc.
