Technical Description
Built on a crawl space, imposed by the quality of ground intervention, construction was high for all wood frame facades, railings and structural bulkheads. The floor of the stage and the resting element of the roof were made of structure + OSB bracing. In outer envelope, the use of fibreboard paraffin was chosen, on which a lathing was arranged to receive the Red Cedar siding on all facades. The wood was also used for architectural details and terraces in the form of blades. The overall insulation of the construction was carried out by blowing wadding cellulose and the dubbing was done in Fermacell. Heating and hot water are made by aerothermal.
