In the realm of home design, where spaces become a canvas for personal narratives, Z Times?The Art House emerges as a poetic testament to the fusion of architecture and emotion. Let’s delve into the soul of this nearly 400-square-meter masterpiece, a residence where spatial layout, shared areas, and private spaces harmonize to create a symphony of design and emotion.
1. Spatial Layout: Expansive and Free-Form
At the heart of Z Times lies a meticulous spatial layout that breathes life into the living styles of its occupants. Merging two smaller top-floor spaces, the architects curated a dual-bedroom residence that embraces individuality within a shared realm. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the public area in natural light, a canvas where open and minimalist elements dance in harmony. The design, a blend of clean spatial aesthetics and embedded richness, reflects a commitment to crafting spaces that transcend the ordinary.
2. Family Shared Area: The Fusion of Art and Emotion
The modernist lobby sets the stage for a visual journey, marked by vibrant colors and curated art pieces. Ye Fang’s “Between Reality and Illusion” graces the corner wall, welcoming visitors to a world where straight lines meet curves, and lightness balances weight. The living area, adorned with LigneRoset and Edra Polar Bear sofas, becomes a dreamy sanctuary. Furniture and art pieces, including those made from scattered petals and glass resin formations, weave a poetic thread that binds the space together. It’s a luminous whole, a testament to the homeowners’ unique taste for art appreciation.
3. Private Space of Z Times: Personality and Balance
The private space of Z Times is a canvas of soft earthy tones and graceful curves. Arched doorways and sliding doors create distinct realms for each family member, ensuring a harmonious flow of airflow and sunlight. From the bedroom to the bathroom and the studio, the design unfolds like a candy-colored dreamscape on a linen canvas. The dressing room, a magical box of dreams, exudes elegance and ceremony with its brown glass cabinet. The bathroom, a bold expression of tranquility and intensity, adds a dynamic balance to the overall spatial rhythm.

Located in Beijing, China, the 370 sqm private house was brought to life by the visionaries at Beijing BloomageWanWU Design Co., Ltd.
