Villa Esencia by Dubai-based ELE Interior presents a thoughtful blend of contemporary design with nature’s subtle influences, offering an intriguing exploration of modern aesthetics where materials and space work harmoniously to create a refined living experience.
Design Vision and Inspiration

The concept behind Villa Esencia revolves around the idea of merging indoor and outdoor environments seamlessly. The design embraces a neutral palette and carefully selected natural materials that lend an air of understated elegance to the residence. One of the standout features is the central courtyard that draws natural light into the living spaces while reinforcing a strong connection with nature, and the use of natural materials supports a calm, immersive atmosphere.

At the helm of this project is ELE Interior, a Dubai-based design firm known for its refined yet practical approach to luxury interiors. Founded by Leali Ezzat in 2017, the team brings a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship to every project. With Villa Esencia, the firm demonstrates a distinctive style that celebrates simplicity, functionality, and a deep connection to the natural surroundings, highlighted by its focus on luxury interiors and bespoke finishes.
Space Functionality and Layout
Villa Esencia spans 420 square meters across three floors, offering versatile living areas designed for both relaxation and active family life. The villa’s layout underwent significant transformations to enhance functionality, transforming standard bedrooms into a luxurious master suite complete with dual en-suites and a custom walk-in wardrobe, while ensuring fluid spatial arrangements throughout the home.
Challenges and Adaptations
One of the more interesting aspects of Villa Esencia is how the design team addressed the constraints of the existing villa layout. The challenge was to integrate multiple zones while preserving a sense of openness and flow throughout the home. By reconfiguring spaces and experimenting with different material textures, the designers achieved a balance between functionality and aesthetics, showcasing an innovative approach to overcome architectural challenges in the project.
