The UAP Montreal Head Office was built 50 years ago, serving as a hub for automotive parts and accessories. Today, it stands as a 70,000-square-foot beacon of sustainability. Lemay, the Canadian architecture and design firm behind this transformation, took a holistic approach. The result is Quebec’s first office building to achieve the Canada Green Building Council’s ZCB-Design v3 certification.
