The Concept: Invisible Integration
From the outset, the goal was clear: design a house that blends seamlessly into the landscape, making it virtually invisible to passersby. The architects achieved this by extending a green roof from the street, maintaining continuity with the site’s natural topography. This green roof not only camouflages the house but also contributes to a more pleasant microclimate, reducing cooling costs and minimizing energy waste.
The design’s clever use of a large balcony enhances the connection between the house and its surroundings. This balcony not only provides a stunning view of the landscape but also engages residents with nature, creating a tranquil, immersive experience.
Architectural Layout: A Courtyard at the Heart
At the heart of this architectural marvel is an internal garden, around which the building’s main structures are arranged.
