These structures vary in size and character, transitioning from large, elongated forms evocative of historical warehouses to smaller, three-story duplexes. Outdoor spaces—balconies, gardens, and terraces—are integral to every home, enhancing the connection between residents and the outdoors.
The arrangement prioritizes sightlines, with views extending from the main Cruquiusweg to the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. This visual connectivity anchors the neighborhood to its waterfront location, while the car-free quay serves as a lively promenade lined with homes, commercial spaces, and recreational areas.
