Located in Hangzhou, China, the Raffles City Hangzhou is a 60-storey building designed by UNStudio. The mixed-use building covers retail spaces, offices, housing and a 5-star hotel with a total floor area of almost 300,000 square metres. Due for realisation in 2012, the project also seeks to receive the gold certification from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building rating system, the industry standard for rating of the eco-friendliness of buildings.
