From ATKINS: The building is expressed through the sculptural form of an aircraft. The main body of the mall as the fuselage and the roof expressing a large elegant sweeping wing. The two towers equally spaced apart represent the tail fins of the plane. The composition of both elements will create a strong symbol of travel, tourism and the bringin together of world trade under one roof.

‘Aeron’ will become the first major mixed use retail mall in Tehran. Expressing the sculptural form of an aircraft, the main body as the fuselage, the roof as a large elegant wing and two towers represent tail fins. This mixed use development housing retail and leisure zones such as a themed water park, multiplex cinema and an ice ink. A hotel incorporates a fulll height atrium with scenic lifts, whilst the ballroom & conference facilities become the focus for business.

Office & residential tower is topped by an exclusive sky conference facility with fantastic views over the Alborz Mountains. “Aeron” will become the first major mixed used retail mall in Iran. The cosmopolitan citizens of Tehran will have a local alternative to Dubai for their shopping needs, served with well known international brands. The sites is located within the “Garmdare urban area, approximately 20kms drive from central Tehran along the Karaj highway.

Two towers, hotel and office/residential hover above a connecting roof plane by a series of feature raked columns that creates dramatic internal/external spaces and allows for fantastic views over the Alborz mountains. This mixed use development will house Retail and leisure zones such as a themed water parke, multiplex cinema, kids play zone and an ice rink.

The second tower comprises of two uses. Office facilities occupy the lower floors alongside the stunning atrium space and the residential floors offer a truly remarkable and prestigious living experience. The canyon like proportioned atrium is topped by an exclusive sky conference facility that rests on the pinnacle of the atrium.
