Kepier Homes LLP is a joint venture company between Laing O’Rourke and Three Rivers Housing Group. Working with Ryder the previously delivered a scheme comprising of 180 post graduate student apartment at Dryburn in Durham, acting as a catalyst for this subsequent development at Kepier Court. Kepier Court is located a short distance from Durham City centre, close to the A690 and adjacent to Bakehouse Lane and Mayorswell Close in a predominantly residential area.
The development is a carefully considered residential scheme which aims to develop a redundant brownfield site while remaining sensitive to Kepier House, the existing site and its surrounding context, both suburban and historical, and includes 70 new dwellings, 72 car parking spaces and 2,470 sqm of amenity space.
