Fletcher Priest Architect’s brief for this new office building in the City of London, next to the Bank of England, was to make it as unobtrusive as possible. Its opalescent exterior reflects the clouds, and its 17,000 sq ft of outdoor space brings wildflowers and insect habitats to the city. At base level it acts as a mirror to its surroundings
