Consisting of one tower and two wing building, the Hamburg BSU Office Building is due for completion in 2013. The project was designed by Sauerbruch Hutton with main concept of combining passive and active measures to reduce the building’s energy concumption. It also uses renewable resources like natural lighting, natural cross-ventilation, and sun-powered heating.
