Caernarfon Castle in UK (1283)

With four octagonal tower, the Caernarfon Castle was built in 1283 in Wales, United Kindom and needed 47 years to complete the construction. The castle was deigned by Master James of St George and believed to be inspired by the Theodosian Walls of Constantinople (now Istanbul). The four tower connected each other using a linear wall. The castle has been renovated in 1890.
