Located at Rua General Garcia Rosado, in Lisbon, this project intended to adapt to the needs of contemporary urban life, with the qualities necessary to the comfort and quality of life of its inhabitants. The initial conditions for the project arise from the need to characterize the spaces according to their function since, at the time, all spaces of the house, had similar dimensions and character. On the other hand the dimension of certain spaces and the existence of only one sanitary installation were inadequate to the size of the house and the number of inhabitants that it could hold, making it necessary that the intervention converge especially for upgrading and reshaping of social spaces and kitchen and the creation of two sanitary installations according to the typology of the house.
