Designed by Marchese + Partners, both e1 and e2 tower has an organic form, and the e1 will be the tallest building on the Gold Coast. The e1 consists of 101 storey and the e2 is a 70-storey tower that both combined with 7000m2 public park. This design proposal has been submitted to the Gold Coast City Council, and will spent $850 million to complete the construction.
Both towers feature sky gardens that grow within the sculptured form of the buildings. The towers sprout from the substantial urban parkland proposed for the ground level of the site which will become the new ‘green heart’ of Surfers Paradise.
