Accra Villa by BiCuadro Architects

Project description by BiCuadro Architects:
The villa, located in the Accra country side, dominates the valley by its monolithic shape and its balanced structure. So it is symbol of luxury and economic growth the new Ghana is having. The project is based on two volumes with sama size but set one on top of the other and perpendicula each other. The first one take advantage of the difference of quota between the two levels of the hill and is set under the ground level. The night areas with bedrooms is located in this volume while the living with kitchens are set on the volume surrounding the valley. The villa is concepted for having a small impact on the environment and it is made to be eco-friendly.
