The building’s design is a fresh interpretation of the full- and half-block residential complexes built during the last century, and reflects the mix of architectural diversity in the area. The development is defined as a series of single attached buildings facing the street alternating in height. Brick piers, terraces, balconies, and large expanses of glass fracture the architectural repetition along the street, heightening the concept of an ensemble of buildings rather than a single development.

A landscaped roof-top takes advantage of distinctive urban views of the City and provides an outdoor oasis for the residents. The project is designed to achieve LEED Certification and receive NYSERDA funding for decreased energy demand.
