From Lawrence Architecture: A modern house on view property with 3,800 SF of living space and a 925 SF detached garage. Primary materials include concrete, steel, and glass. A concrete wall up to twenty-four feet high organizes the site and the house: the garage, entry and service spaces are on the street side of the wall, while providing privacy for the main living space which is a curtain wall-enclosed pavilion. Supported on steel frames and triangular steel trusses, the roof swoops over the concrete wall capping the pavilion. Eight by sixteen foot sections of the curtain wall pivot for ventilation.

Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the construction works of King Abdullah II House of Culture & Art secheduled to start in early 2012. The project located in the centre of Amman, Jordan, and aimed to be the premiere venue for theatre, music and dance performance and education in the country. Inspired by the magnificent ancient city of Petra, the building includes a 1600-seat concert theatre, 400-seat theatre, educational centre, rehearsal rooms, and galleries.

Meydan City is a 200 million sq ft project in Dubai separated into four distinct areas including the Racecourse with Meydan Hotel (67 million sq ft); Meydan Horizons (15 million sq ft); Godolphin Park and Meydan Metropolis. According to the report, the racecourse sector was completed and the rest has gone to construction tender ignoring the recent economic difficulties. Many of the main building projects were designed by Teo A. Khing from Malaysia.
