Clinton Park Mixed Use Development by TEN Arquitectos

Covering 1.3 million square feet including apartment units, auto showroom, service floors,horse stable for the NYPD Mounted Police, neighborhood market, health club, and parking spaces, the Clinton Park mixed-use development is located at the western edge of Midtown Manhattan, New York. Designed by TEN Arquitectos, the projecct is currently under construction and as you can see in the picture, each floor steps up from the one below. It’s designed to offer unobstructed views to the park and Hudson River and providing private roof terraces with green roofs on every floor
