Burj Khalifa (Burj Dubai) Officially Opened Now

 

Known as the Burj Dubai during the construction, now the Burj Khalifa officially opened after a celebration on Monday January 4th, 2010. Spending $1.5 billion for its construction since 2004, the Burj Khalifa stands 828 meters tall consists of 160 floors. Designed by Chicago architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the world’s tallest tower houses a hotel, condominiums, offices, and the world’s tallest observatory.
