Sited at Dubai Marina, the 23 Marina residential tower is expected to top out in early 2009. When finished, it could be the world’s first tower with 57 swimming pools in a single building. Consisting of 288 apartments, this building is being developed by Hircon International.
23 Marina is a 395 metre tall residential building, now under construction, that will rise 89 floors above ground. Its been designed by the International Building Centre with roughly octagonal floorplates and a 64 metre tall spire above the main structure that helps turn it into what looks like a giant pencil with typical Dubaiesque cladding of blue and white.
