Located within a wonderful water-filled quarry in the Songjiang, China, this hotel covers 400-bed room plus underwater public areas and guestrooms. The design adopting sustainable concept by utilizing green roofing and geothermal energy extraction.

As it’s still under construction, we’re sure that the Sinosteel International Plaza is not part of the Summer Olympic building series in China. This plaza was designed by Beijing-based architects MAD and the completion is expected due in the next 4 years. It has two separate buildings including 358 meter-high office tower and 88 meter adjacent hotel.
The shape of the two buildings is very simple: a rounded box. The façade is constructed from five different sizes of hexagonal windows, a traditional element in Chinese architecture. These windows flow across the building in an irregular, naturally occurring pattern: like cells multiplying. This pattern gives life to the building, changing the way it looks from different perspectives. The towers rise from a green hill which functions as the hotel’s podium, a further contrast against the hard surfaces in the rest of the Binhai New District.

Designed by Brasil Arquitetura, the Villa Isabella covers 330 m2 floor area which the construction was completed last year. As mentioned by the architects, this building is integrated to the landscape according to the seasons.
Its integration into the landscape will be orchestrated according to the seasons, to varying light conditions and functional circumstances, and the experience of the materials, colours and structural elements will be transformed.

I have ever heard about Ocean Dome some times ago, but this time I get clearer persepctive view. Located in the Seagaia Resort, Japan, the dome is mentioned as the largest indoor water park ind the world. It features a gigantic wave pool, volcano, and waterslides.
