Chongqing Financial Street Project by KPF

Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF) has designed the Chongqing Financial Street Project, known as the Chicago of China. The mixed use project will cover the entire street at JieFangBei 51 Road with classic look skyscrapers.
A mixed use project the total space is allocated so as to have 130,000 square metres of hotel space, this will include boutique hotels as well luxury hotel serviced apartments. 170,000 square metres of commercial space along with 600,000 square metres of office space.
