CarLoft, The Germany based company, has a great innovation to solve the problem of parking in urban living. The technology utilizing what called CarLift, a big size elevator that strong enough to take you to the floor you live on without having to get out of your car.
CarLoft® is a pioneering modular loft scheme with a garden and a garage on every floor. All these brand-new luxury flats come with at least one adjacent parking space known as the CarLoggia, reached via the CarLift. When you arrive outside the building, the CarLift recognises your car from the built-in transponder and knows which floor you live on.
